Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

ARAD Holdings is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to make our website usable for the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.

Conformance Status

This website has been designed and developed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to the Israeli Standard 5568 for accessibility of web content.

Accessibility Features Implemented

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks (header, main, navigation, footer).
  • Skip-to-main-content link available at the top of every page for keyboard users.
  • Logical heading hierarchy (H1–H3) on every page.
  • Full keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements.
  • Visible focus indicators on all links, buttons, and form fields.
  • Descriptive, meaningful alt text for all informative images; decorative images marked as such with aria-hidden.
  • Accessible names (aria-label) on icon-only buttons such as menu toggles.
  • Form fields associated with visible labels and marked with aria-required where applicable.
  • Live status messages (aria-live) for form submission feedback.
  • Color palette tested for sufficient contrast against background colors, with a dedicated darker gold token used for text on light backgrounds.
  • Touch targets sized to a minimum of 44×44 pixels on mobile devices.
  • Responsive layout adapting to different screen sizes, orientations, and 200% browser zoom.
  • Use of h-dvh rather than h-screen to prevent layout issues on mobile browsers.
  • Language of the page declared via the lang attribute on the HTML element.
  • Descriptive page titles and meta descriptions unique to each route.
  • Use of accessible Radix UI primitives (via shadcn/ui) for interactive components, ensuring correct ARIA roles and keyboard behavior.
  • No reliance on color alone to convey information.
  • No auto-playing media or content that flashes more than three times per second.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology

The website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
