Welcome to the website of ARAD HOLDINGS (hereinafter: "the Website"). The Website is operated by ARAD HOLDINGS (hereinafter: "the Operator"). This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how we collect, use, retain, and protect the personal information provided by you or collected during your use of the Website, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and specifically in compliance with Amendment No. 13 to the Law (2025). While using the Website, the following types of information may be collected:

This information is voluntarily provided by you via the "Contact Us" or partnership inquiry forms on the Website.

Information NOT collected: The Website does not collect sensitive personal information (such as health, political opinions, financial credentials, etc.).

The Website is built, hosted, and deployed using the Lovable cloud platform. Data retention, database infrastructure, and user inquiries are managed through Supabase, which operates via leading secure cloud infrastructure providers. As both Lovable and Supabase utilize global cloud infrastructure, information collected through the Website may be stored, hosted, and processed outside the borders of Israel, in accordance with accepted international information security standards. Statistical analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) may be used to collect anonymous information about Website usage habits.

The Operator will not transfer personal information to third parties unless required by law, a court order, or a demand from a competent legal authority.

5. Use of Cookies

The Website uses Cookies for the following purposes:

  • Proper operation and maintaining the security of the Website.
  • Collecting anonymous browsing data to improve the user experience.

6. International Data Transfers

Since the Website is hosted on the Lovable platform and its backend data services are managed through Supabase, personal information may be transferred to, stored, or processed on secure cloud servers located outside of Israel. These international data transfers are carried out in full accordance with applicable legal provisions and rely on standard, industry-accepted data security and privacy protection mechanisms.

The Operator implements reasonable and accepted security measures, including the use of SSL (HTTPS) protocols, access permissions, and the advanced security infrastructure provided natively by Lovable and Supabase. However, the Operator cannot guarantee absolute immunity against hacking, cyberattacks, or unauthorized data access.

9. Data Retention

The information will be retained by the Operator and within our deployment and database systems (Lovable and Supabase) for as long as it is required to provide the services, or until it is deleted upon the user's explicit request.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Operator reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website and will take effect immediately upon its publication.
