Healthcare Technology Collaboration
Healthcare innovation is a key example of ARAD HOLDINGS’ cross-border business approach: identifying advanced Israeli technologies and supporting their successful implementation in the Turkish market.
Through its collaboration with TytoCare, an Israeli telemedicine company specializing in remote medical examination and virtual care solutions, ARAD HOLDINGS helps bring advanced Israeli healthcare technology to Türkiye.
The collaboration includes technological integration, commercial activity, implementation, and sales, enabling remote medical services through a network of hospitals. This activity has been ongoing for approximately five years and has expanded into cooperation with one of the largest insurance companies in Türkiye and Europe.
This collaboration demonstrates ARAD HOLDINGS’ role as a strategic bridge — connecting Israeli innovation with established Turkish healthcare and insurance ecosystems, and turning advanced technology into practical market adoption.

Humanitarian Initiatives & Regional Solidarity
ARAD HOLDINGS’ activity between Israel and Türkiye extends beyond business development and technology collaboration. In times of crisis, the company has used its regional relationships, operational capabilities, and deep commitment to Israel–Türkiye cooperation to support humanitarian and emergency-response efforts.
These initiatives reflect the broader purpose behind ARAD HOLDINGS’ regional work: building bridges that create value, strengthen trust, and support communities in times of need.
Emergency Firefighting Support in Türkiye
During the severe wildfires in southern Türkiye in August 2021, ARAD HOLDINGS supported emergency firefighting efforts by helping coordinate assistance from the Israeli side and facilitating the arrival of specialized firefighting aircraft from Israel to Türkiye.
The operation included two firefighting aircraft and one logistical support aircraft, which landed at Milas Airport and operated in affected areas including Milas, Bodrum, and Marmaris. Over the course of the operation, the aircraft supported firefighting efforts across multiple fire zones through repeated water drops.
This initiative was carried out in close coordination between Israeli and Turkish counterparts, reflecting the deep regional ties, mutual respect, and spirit of cooperation that stand at the heart of ARAD HOLDINGS’ activity.

Emergency Aid Operation for the Türkiye Earthquakes
Following the devastating earthquakes in Türkiye in February 2023, ARAD HOLDINGS initiated and helped manage a large-scale humanitarian aid operation based on donations from Israeli individuals, companies, and civil society organizations.
The operation included more than 80 tons of emergency aid equipment, including hundreds of tents, thermal clothing, winter shoes, blankets, sleeping bags, and other essential supplies. The effort was carried out in cooperation with Israeli humanitarian organizations and civil-society partners, with the support of the Turkish Embassy in Israel, the Tel Aviv–Jaffa Municipality, Turkish Airlines, and relevant Turkish authorities.
The aid was coordinated according to the needs of survivors, shipped to Türkiye, released from customs, transported by land, and distributed in affected areas including Hatay and Maraş. Through this operation, ARAD HOLDINGS was able to take part in a meaningful humanitarian effort and support families and communities during a time of urgent need.
